I played that game since it first came out, It's the same shit with new useless features. Build shit, look for resources and repeat. Repetitive bullshit.

I know how you feel Mittens, Minecraft doesn't do it for me anymore. But what I think Aether is getting at is having a different goal in mind, other than simply obtaining, building, etc.

If you don't get bored of survival, than it's great, with randomly generated worlds each time. I know a lot of people (including myself) that won't touch the game anymore unless it's at least multiplayer. That's what I think this thread is for, to find other people who like the game and spice up your own experience via discussion/multiplayer.

Multiplayer is old and repetitive as well. It's fun the first few times because you're playing it with other people but when it comes down to it, It's the same damn shit over and over again. Even adventure maps and mods get old. There is no "thrill" when it comes to Minecraft anymore.

Plus, IMO Mojang ruined the game beyond 1.7.3 beta. They keep adding shit without fixing the existing problem. At one point in time, Single player was based on a server and fighting mobs was a bitch. Not to mention zombies didn't even see you.....

Everything gets old and repetitive if you play it enough
